Women of all ages have options when it comes to maintaining their own safety. It's been proven that surviving an attack is 90% mindset and 10% the tool you choose. When you add certain skills and techniques to that mindset, you are setting yourselves up for success in a world that doesn't always accept NO.

It is ever important to understand your rights and the options you have based on your physical abilities, level of training, and the tools you choose or have available to protect yourself. Whichever tool you choose, the ability to take in, accept, and process information quickly is paramount.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with the instructor throughout the entire event. Seating is first come, first serve. There are only 50 seats available for this event. Pre-register HERE.
