Membership Transition FAQ
Why did I get an email saying my membership was canceled?
That email came from Squarespace, our old payment processor. It just means we aren’t using their system anymore—not that your WDC membership has been canceled!
Do I need to do anything right now?
Active members will receive an email from WDC with a link to set up your login on our new system (Neon One). Once you log in, you can confirm your membership and update your contact info. If you’d rather wait, your membership will stay active until it expires. At that time, you’ll be prompted to renew in the new system.
Will I be charged again?
No. You won’t be charged until your current membership period ends.
What’s new with Neon One?
Our new platform makes it easier to:
Update your contact information
Manage your membership
See volunteer opportunities and let us know how you’d like to help!
Why does my Account Portal show that I joined WDC recently, even though I’ve been a member for much longer?
When we moved to our new system, the original join dates for long-time members didn’t come over correctly. We’re working on updating those records so that your original membership date will be reflected accurately in the new platform.
What if I have questions or trouble logging in?
Just reach out to us at info@wdcofdelaware.org, and we’ll be happy to help.
